Returns & Exchanges

At Lotus & Lemongrass we stand behind the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully packed and inspected before leaving our store, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below. 

Returns and Exchanges 
Lotus & Lemongrass will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 7 days of purchase or delivery and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail or in person at the store on 224 th Street, Maple Ridge, BC, Canada. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with the items to be returned.

Important: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.
